After the repair, appropriate testing complying with applicable procedures and international standards ensures continued high quality, reliability and safety of our products.
Lead times for any repair can be reduced below standard lead times under specific agreements.
If, for any reason, your Sécheron product is damaged or does not operate as intended, you can send it to Sécheron for troubleshooting and repair as outlined in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure. For critical situations, urgent on-site intervention could also be offered to resolve product issues as early as possible.
