With a long-standing commitment to safety, reliability and innovation, we bring extensive experience and a customer-centric approach to shaping a cleaner future powered by emission-free mobility and abundant renewable energy.
Our Electrical Safety Solutions’ Business Unit develops and manufactures innovative technologies – from high-voltage circuit breakers, contactors, equipment for traction converters to complete power systems. With a global presence and local service centers, we build to last and our solutions are trusted by leading OEMs and operators.
Our latest rail solutions include:
AC Vacuum Circuit Breakers -the MACS- with synchronous switching
AC Voltage and Current Sensor -the TMS B- with a new energy metering function
AC High Voltage Integrated System -the SLIMBOX- with new voltage/current measurement and grounding functions
AC/DC Contactor -the BMS09- with an upgraded design for locomotive applications
AC/DC Contactor -the BMS 18.23- with a short-time withstand current of 40 kA and a thermal current of 2300 A at 40°C
DC Contactor -the BXS 36.06- with a rated voltage of 3.6 kV DC
DC High-Speed Circuit Breaker -the UR10-51 Eco Drive- with a new arc chute
Pantograph -the SPL30 R- with a maximum extension height of up to 3500 mm
Our Traction Power Systems‘ Business Unit will also be exhibiting at InnoTrans 2026.
On this occasion, we will present our energy recovery solutions (including rectifiers, inverters and fully reversible converters), which respond to the rising demand for energy-efficient rail transportation by significantly reducing overall consumption.
As a global leader in the design and production of AC vacuum circuit breakers for rolling stock applications, we will also showcase our air-insulated metal-clad switchgear (MCS) for the switching and protection of railway traction circuits and overhead lines.
Additionally, we will be addressing the crucial topic of cybersecurity, which is fully part of Sécheron’s corporate culture. Our control & protection relays (SEPCOS) are cyber-certified and guarantee seamless security and a maximum level of protection for our customers.
Overall, we ensure project continuity through a comprehensive range of after-sales services, including digital solutions that will be demonstrated during the exhibition. Our Intelligent Operation & Maintenance System (IOMS) is a smart and efficient software for optimizing maintenance costs, predicting wear and enhancing operational performance.
Our experts will be hosting technical talks and seminars right here at our stand, covering topics on traction, energy storage, and protection systems. All are welcomed and we look forward to meeting you – no registration required.
