Supervision equipment
|
|
The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a modular and user-friendly monitoring tool that collects the information available from different PLCs via a field bus.
This equipment can be integrated into the complete monitoring system for traction power substations.
|
 |
Implementation
Used as a bridge/interface between the traction substation and the overall SCADA supervision system, it permits a complete substation to be displayed and controlled at a higher supervision level via the HMI.
The data stored in the database are exchanged by TCP/IP, which allows a PC to remotely monitor and intervene anywhere in the network.

Substation Display
The substation is represented by a detailed single line diagram, which displays the following functions:
- Colored visualization of the status
- Visualization of the measured analog data
- Communication status
- Alarm strip is continuously displayed

Event Management
The ''Event History'' is constantly accessible in the alarm strip (name, date, time, type of event). By selecting a specific event in the history table, the related set parameters in the PLC, the measured data of such events, as well as the recorded curve for analog measurements, will be displayed. A full screen display of this curve is performed.
Possibility to send events and alarms by e-mail or SMS
